Order Cancellation by Customer You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, email us immediately at eezyrelief@eezyrelief.com with your order number.
After 24 Hours Once 24 hours have passed or the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. You may instead initiate a return after delivery as per our Refund Policy.
Order Cancellation by Eezyrelief We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability or stock issues
- Payment verification failure
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
