How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your delivery details and complete payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successful.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept COD, UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. All transactions are processed securely.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. Please contact us at atharbilal012@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 6-7 BUSINESS DAYS from dispatch, depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on the courier's website to track your delivery in real time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above ₹[MINIMUM ORDER VALUE]. Standard shipping charges apply to orders below this amount.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We hope to expand soon!

Are your products safe to use?
Absolutely. All Eezyrelief products are carefully selected for quality and safety. Our massage oils and balms use natural ingredients like arnica, eucalyptus, menthol, ginger, and lavender. The massagers are all clinically tested and verified by industry-level experts. Please refer to the how-to use manual first.
Can I use your products every day?
Most of our products are designed for regular use. However, we recommend following the usage instructions on each product. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant, please consult a healthcare professional before use.
Are the product images accurate?
We do our best to display products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to different screen settings. If you have any concerns about a product, please contact us before purchasing.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 2 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that opened personal care products may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons. See our full Return and Refund Policy for details.
How do I initiate a return?
