Eligibility for Refunds We accept refund requests within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Refund Process To initiate a refund, email us at seezyrelief@eezyrelief.comwith your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Duration Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

Refund Mode All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not offer cash refunds.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
